Ortho Shop will gladly accept the return of products that you are not satisfied with, or are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Defective items need authorization before returning and will be evaluated before a refund is issued. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Damaged goods need to be reported within 48 hours of receipt to receive a refund.
To start a return, please contact us by sending an email to sales@orthoshopamerica.com with your order number and reason for return for a return authorization. All products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date (note: custom or special orders cannot be returned).
Returns must include a copy of the invoice, and the product is to be in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition to meet the quality standards, appearance, and physical count, unless a product is defective. If these conditions are met, a refund will be issued once the item is received back by Ortho Shop and evaluated. Returns made after 31 days will be accepted at the discretion of Ortho Shop. No products will be accepted for return if the purchase date exceeds 60 days.
